General Information
What is MySchool / MyVillage?
MySchool (which includes MySchool, MyVillage and MyPlanet) is
South Africa's number one community support system and raises
over R1.5 million a month for schools and charities. The system
supports 10 000 schools and communities and has 2500 retail
partners nationwide.
How does it work?
Supporter cards (MySchool / MyVillage / MyPlanet ) are swiped
every time a purchase is made at one of our retail partners
nationwide. Each transaction is recorded and a percentage is
paid to the school or charity of the supporter's choice.
Applying for a supporter card
How do I register?
By calling Client Services on 0860 100 445 or applying online.
My supporter card has been stolen or is lost.
How do I go about receiving a new card?
Call Client Services on 0860 100 445 or send an email. Please
include your name and surname, the institution that you are
supporting, as well as your current postal address.
Do I require a new card after I have changed my
support to another beneficiary?
No. You may continue to swipe your original card. The funds will
be allocated correctly, regardless of the beneficiary printed on
your card.
